With Simply Solutions there are no calls to schedule or hour-long time blocks to pencil in. You get to choose what pockets of time work best for this in YOUR life (and I do, too -- win/win!) That allows us both to interact when we are at our best.

So just how does Simply Solutions work?

Using Voxer, we'll chat back and forth each Friday for 4 weeks to get you some clarity, action and results on the issues you've identified as important to making change in your life.


Together, we will prioritise the actions most likely to make the biggest impact and craft a clear, practical plan to implement step by step.


If you have trouble getting started OR tend to bite off more than you can chew only to spin out into overwhelm and discouragement, you're in the right place. Let me hold your hand while we work through the simple steps and systems to get the solution you need.



On your designated Fridays, I'll be available between the hours of 10am to 4pm Melbourne time. Think of it like an ongoing series of messages across a day with a friend - there might be some rapid back and forth at times, but then there will be a bit of a lull and then the conversation picks up again. Over the course of the day, you've had a really in depth discussion. Both voice and test messages are fine and I’ll reply with a combination of both. You can use our time together as much or as little as you want.


Because we'll be working together for four consecutive Fridays, you'll have the the time to reflect, try things out and come up with more things to discuss. We can unpeel layers as necessary or even find new things to explore.

... Umm, what is Voxer?


  • Voxer is a free walkie talkie style app you can use on your phone or desktop that allows you to send and listen to voice messages in real time.
  • Unlike other apps where you have to wait to hear what the other person has recorded you can hear them speaking as they speak.
  • Voxer also allows you to listen to messages anytime, know when someone has listened to yours, as well as send text and photos.


It's a bit like WhatsApp or Messenger but simplified (and you know I like simple).
